The last 7 promotions in my office at one of the largest companies in the world have all been women. If you count the last 8 then it was a black man. It's so bad that an oldschool feminist in the office came to me to complain how these women are giving women a bad name because they're only getting promotions due to being women rather than merit which makes women look bad and isn't the kind of equality she meant for. The last promotion was so bad that I got a text from another woman and another white male furious how the promotion was entirely simply because she was a woman.

When people leave the company and I overhear hiring managers talk or I am part of the hiring team people always say. Well, we need another woman in the office. No one has even looked at resumes and they've already decided they need to hire a woman.

My boss is a woman, my bosses boss is a woman, the bosses bosses boss is a woman.

When I talk to white men in my industry at competing large companies, they all say it's the same thing. White men have to work twice as hard as women to get any recognition and even then it's hardly enough. POC men have the POC card which helps them a little but the power right now in western society is all in the hands of women.
