Tbh it's getting to the point that in order to confront the enemy, you need to have the strongest weapons in your arsenal. While I don't think it's quite there yet , race is a powerful attribute of classification that may at some point be a necessary adjudicator/sorter for immediate consideration. At the moment, individual orientation and valuing on a person by person basis is still a stronger weapon to attract moderates and fence sitters, but there may come a point in the not so distant future where that is no longer the case. In order to combat the tyranny of the mob, it may yet be necessary to fight using their predetermined classifications to make the lines easier to draw and the sides to distinguish. As long as both sides are still trying to attract independents and moderates for political and electoral gain, that will not be the case. With the dissolving of official elected political power in favor of majority/mob rule, however, it's possible and even quite likely that people will have to choose between the two extremes in order to restore law.
