Throwing rocks is a crime. It is in fact a weapon. If you throw rocks you deserve to be shot on site. If you throw anything you deserve to be shot on site.

No one who throws projectiles of any kind to do good. Or to do peace or to be nice. It's always violent and always the spirit behind it is for hurting someone.
