**Police says driver says he shot first

While I'm not going to dig all the videos out, I spent all morning researching this.

As far as I know, he shot out two tires and then made a move like he was going to somehow get the driver out of the car. There is a significant period in-between the volleys, the second volley proving to be the young man's lethal end ( from the drivers handgun) .

I imagine there will be a police report soon as he turned himself into the Austin PD immediately.
