People should ONLY have kids IF:

1. Both people are truly 100% on board with having kids. This CANNOT be compromised or resentment will happen.

2. They can afford them WITHOUT government assistance AND be able to pay for the basics + advanced things like normal extracurriculars.

If you make a solid income, after you’re out of debt and save 25% for retirement, also limit the number you have so that you can pay for their college if you have the financial ability to do so.

3. The parents have the psychological ability and physical health needed.

It is okay to want children and it is okay to not want children. But never date anyone who feels the opposite way of you about children.

Thus, I have to eliminate lots of women from my dating pool because I do not want children under any circumstances. I love pets though!
