When the riots were starting some months ago, I had a very frank conversation with my neighbors about some local incidents I was tracking on the police scanner, basically as a warning to them that things were potentially going to be unsafe in the area.

They were generally concerned but had no idea what was going on in the larger context. It was all news to them. I was quick and explained the general situation and the proximity, and just said to be aware and be safe. That was basically all I wanted to say to them and started to say goodbye, awkwardly but in earnest.

They could tell that I was a bit shaken, I don't usually approach them, and I had my serious face on, and was speaking very solemnly.

They then asked the obvious next question: who? Well I knew not to go down the rabbit hole, these neighbors are liberals and definitely not Trump supporters, so I gave them the most watered down answer possible. I mention that Antifa was involved but didn't delve much deeper than that.

They immediately jumped on the defensive. Said no, it is not Antifa. Just moments prior, they had zero knowledge of what was transpiring, but now all of a sudden, were convinced that they knew Antifa was not involved. You could see the switch flip in their minds. The latent programming had encountered the trigger word, and now the recital was initiated. All the expected talking points were mentioned. Basically just regurgitating MSM tropes like it was a script. I tried my best not to let my facial expressions reveal my disgust.

These people are so convinced of the lies that they can not see the truth even when waved directly in front of their face. We are witnessing mass delusion, on an unprecedented scale. Technology has been weaponized to completely control the minds of the general population, unwittingly, and with little to no consequence.
