Your point on endangering military is a good one. Probably your only point. But, the question is, how much stuff do we let them destroy before making a stand? Do you think history is unimportant? The work the people put in to build and maintain those statues? Truthfully, without some sort of real monument to go to, a lot of businesses will suffer. May as well just tear them down.
