It not hard to see the USPS can't do mail in votes. Go look at the USPS site they themselves are saying their is big delays. I mail out a Priority Mail Express 2 weeks ago. Still not their just says In Transit, Arriving Late on the tracking.

Priority Mail Express is what they guarantee to be 1 or 2 days. Got a hold of someone at USPS to get a refund what they do for Express if it late, and ask where it is at. They gave the refund, but just said in on a truck somewhere. They no have clue when it get delivered or even to the next center or post office.

It's very clear USPS can't even handle the mail load they have now. As we all know it just going to be chaos with the mail in votes.
