This footage explains why it was never released. Cops didn't over react, they weren't violent with him, and they restrained him on the ground because he refused to get in the vehicle.
The cops were overcharged and will be found not guilty.
- 3rd Degree manslaughter might have stuck but they charged the cops with premeditated murder.
- Cops will say they used approved MPD restraint technique (kneeling on neck) to restrain Floyd with no intent to harm as prescribed by MPD training.
