The real world, where she starts driving away 18 seconds into the clip:
Stops at 19 seconds and lets him retrieve something he dropped:
Then starts OPENING her door at 21 seconds and WAITS for him to approach the car:
And then shoots him at 22 seconds. IF she was a legal CCW holder (which I highly doubt), under Maryland law she had a DUTY to retreat:
"Maryland has a duty to retreat law which requires people who are outside of their home to retreat or avoid danger if possible before using deadly force to defend themselves."

"What is a Duty to Retreat?
A Duty to Retreat, in its most extreme form, states that a person who is under an imminent threat of personal harm must make a reasonable effort to avoid confrontation, either by de-escalation or an attempt to leave the area in which the threat is occurring. The use of deadly force should be the last option."
So to recap:
-
She started leaving the area
-
Stopped to wait for the assailant
-
Opened her door as the assailant approached
-
Shot the assailant
I'm sure she hopes to get someone like you on the jury...but she's FUCKED.
Edit: I've changed my mind....The cops surely won't charge this woman...because it was two dudes fighting over line cutting:
But continue on with your "weak woman shoots angry black man" narrative, and completely wrong legal advice. 😂
