Even without malice, anytime someone dies as a result of Police contact, it's easy to say something couldve been done better. That's a training opportunity, and perhaps a chance to improve training itself.
To say a cop should be fired over it is one thing. To charge him as a criminal? That should take something a lot more serious than we've been seeing lately.
