Cliff notes: Snitch neighbor calls the police on report of potential domestic violence. Apparently, the couple he snitched on was playing Playstation. The police respond at 10:40pm, the person opens his door with a gun in his hand. He IMMEDIATELY raises his off-hand, and lowers his weapon to the ground. Officer covering the rear shoots the man 3 times as he is lowering the weapon.
