With a higher average atmospheric concentration of CO2, it dissolves into the ocean which lowers the pH and could disrupt marine ecosystems.

I’m not a climate nut by any means, and the greening of the earth is obvious and evident due to increased CO2. However, I haven’t really been able to think of a benefit to ocean acidification, which could be a real problem for the future. To my intuition at least, it doesn’t seem like something that can be easily fixed without turning it into an arms race (store it in plants before it stores itself in the ocean).
