Women shouldn't be allowed to vote. Leave state affairs to men. Distinct gender roles leads to a better outcome for men and women.
Edit - I'm just going to throw this out there. Why would you want to raise women to be just like men? It is the differences in personality that makes women attractive. Their femininity, while different than man is attractive because of its differences. It is equal in regard to masculinity but it serves a different function and role. One of nurture and comfort. If you raise all women to be like men, not only do you go against women's biology which makes it harder for women to fully embrace their natural pull toward the feminine that they feel, making their life harder to find fulfillment in but you also make women wholly unattractive to men. Yes, I believe women are as capable as man in anything that is a function of the brain rather than physical ability but that doesn't mean women should take on these roles. I do not believe the outcome for society for both men and women is better with total equality. Distinct gender roles leads to a better outcome for everyone in society.
Feminism should be about making femininity be regarded as equal to masculinity in respect. Feminism should not be about making women into men.
