Sociopath is a lack of empathy, alone it just make as a person "weird" and coming off as cold blooded. But because of this its still entirely possible to be highly moral even if one is a sociopath. They just approach on a logical instead of a feeling-based reasoning. Aka "I should not do x becaus A, b, c," rather than "I should not do x because I would hate to be the person x was done to."

Narcissistic megalomania is the deeply seated believe that that you are always right coupled with the idea that other people only exist to serve you. Because these people actually believe they are gods, they can come off as highly confidant if they learn how hide their internal absolute arrogance, and thus charismatic.

See a sociopath cannot relate to another person's feelings. A Narccissist is fully aware of that other person's feelings but doesn't give a fuck because to them other people exist only to be objects in their games.
