So, no effective change as Yale only has to use other criteria to admit/decline applicants who have shown their race on the application.
Just like employment: you can turn down anybody you fucking want for what ever reason you want (even if you don't like their skin color), so long as you find a legal reason for turning them down other than race .. and then keep your fucking mouth shut about your real reason for rejecting the applicant.
This DoJ move looks great .. but it is effectively a giant nuthingburder.
