Donald Trump proposed the best memorial and most effective catharsis that could ever be possible, to rebuild the towers stronger and a little taller in a way that would have retained their command of the NYC skyline. Oh he tried, but NY has been sick for a long time. They were proposing Avant Garde monstrosities and the victims' families were being pressured to demand empty space -- as if terrorists should be given the right to erase cities off the map. The towers today (not the first design proposed) are OK but -- in my opinion -- unfairly inferior.
