I think you're missing the point here on why they're discussing the CIA influence- I'm also big on personal responsibility (as most on the right are) but we should acknowledge the societal pressures, etc, of the day. We are social creatures, and we like to conform to the standards of those around us. It results in many principled people making terrible choices in moments of weakness. The weakest among us (or those with the lowest levels of internalized morality or low IQ) are the ones that take things the farthest and end up the most injured by a trend, as in LSD here. The PTB understand society intimately and have exerted lots of pressure and even some control (mind control type things, active rather than passive). The PTB even know how to target the weakest the most in order to create a new standard of behavior among them, which then spreads (single motherhood is glorified by the MSM to excuse the behavior of those parents with low impulse control or low morality. The children born to said people are at a HUGE risk of all sorts of things because they have been raised with a deficit- child abuse and child sexual abuse are the number one commonality with drug addiction, for example. Many people are very callous towards those who are addicted, not realizing that the reason they become addicted is because they have already been victimized- only broken kids become drug addicts, I guarantee it)

This does not remove the accountabilty from the person who chose to use acid/drugs (even if they only chose it because they felt pressured to fit in, wanted to be "cool" etc)...it just shows that there's a LOT of accountability to lay on the shoulders of the PTB- they made everything 10x worse because they knew who was vulnerable and they purposefully destroy them.
