There will be people that receive a mail in ballot and vote at polls prior to the mail ballot being counted. people that have residence in multiple states will vote in each state. Permanent residents at your local cemeteries will have a 100% turn out rate. Illegals will be voting. False identities will be made and given fake IDs + bogus places of living and those entities will vote.
