Lol wut. Why would I get into a fist fight on my run? I guess you've never gone jogging before. You should try it. Start at a slow waddle until you can work up to a faster waddle. Eventually you'll be able to walk like a normal person as you lose weight. Then slowly pick up the pace to a light jog, but easy on those knees big guy! Run on a trail instead of pavement as much as you can to protect your knees.
