So you know more than I do what was it like? None of the books or many things I've read or watched about the revolution mentioned everyone carrying randomly. State laws have always been a thing I am a firm believer in the constitution but states and towns have their rights to make laws more strict if they choose. I personally would like less federal government more local level shit but oh well. Don't like it move elsewhere hence why I'm moving the fuck out of Philly.

I really enjoy reading about the revolution so if you have a book or anything that can show me about everyone carrying in daily life I'd like to read it or any particular books about the revolution possibly the southern theater if you have any it gets ignored a lot of the time and I don't know much about that part except the most basic stuff

Edit yes the federal level can enforce laws local don't like weed. Weed is decriminalized in Philly not in PA there are different levels of government and different laws at each level I don't quite get the point.
