I don’t see what the point is about “cudgels.” People can use words for all sorts of reasons. That doesn’t mean words don’t have meaning.
Here, are you arguing that Jews don’t exist? Answer that question.
If you say “no” then the word “Antisemitism” can have meaning, regardless of whether somebody uses it as a “cudgel.”
If you say “yes” then you clearly spend a lot of time thinking about a group of people you don’t think exist.
