It probably will be safe if they are invested in buying up land. The problem is when somebody's cousin, baby daddy, or boyhood homeboy visits the compound to leech off a free vacation. That is always the problem in the black community. It only takes one idiot to ruin everyone else's enjoyment, whether it's a party, bar, club, movie theater, etc. I've read about it countless times in the news. Black people, including entrepreneurs, always are the ones who lose out. The good people with ideas can never build stable communities. They can never tell the troublemakers to fuck off for fear of being judged as a sellout or Tom.

They won't ever admit it but they often want to get away from other black people, not white racists. Just like white people want nothing to do with white trash in their own families or being around their kids.
