00:01 The guy walks past what I believe is the eventual crime scene.
0:14 we see the natural reaction of an animal sensing evil.
0:40 randomly says "This is a new spot" while standing on what looks like the exact spot of the crime scene.
1:10 a guy in Black Shirt walking in middle of street is clearly looking for someone to attack.
1:30 Guy (presumably the guy from 1:10) says he got maced in the face.
1:37 White Truck drives by and camera man focuses on truck, even before Guy from 1:10 comes on screen, clearly in pursuit of truck. Freeze frame on
1:40 and it looks like you can see he's got a picture of the truck on his phone. He says something I can't seem to make out.
1:50 acknowledges the "Flying Bike Brigade"
1:59 If you look closely enough, you can see Reinoehl on the corner of the lit up gas station or burrito stand.
2:20 Seems to be surveying the surrounding area withi his camera. Nothing to look at, yet he's looking.
2:30 Says "I'm gonna be FIVE MINUTES behind the action, all night long. This is gonnsa be one of those"
2:43 Michael Reinoehl mingling with people on corner.
3:00 The tall black male IMMEDIATELY breaks off across the street with megaphone, away from Reinoehl. He is possibly drawing the attention of the cops with a simple Black Lives Matter chant.
3:05 Reinoehl looking at phone as group has not dispersed.
3:17 Reinoehl puts phone to ear and circles around to the street to meet some of those that were just in the group with him on the corner. They are standing next to a truck in the road.
3:20 Black car taking a left honks horn. Camera man now chooses to cross street. Was this a signal?
3:39 Reinoehl re-emerges from behind white truck in road.
3:35 "That's that Truck" and then identifies a White Truck (I don't think this was the same truck from 1:37 - must have been the one from 6:10)
3:50 Man on Megaphone starts getting very hostile, calling attention to himself.
4:31 Reinoehl just so happens to be back in center screen of camera man's video.
4:40 Man on Megaphone uses megaphone on 3 white guys walking down the street.
5:13 Reinoehl stops to talk to someone on corner while also talking on his phone. (This could just be a weird perspective)
5:16 "Man that burrito looks hella good over there". I thought this was a gas station, maybe a burrito stand or both? No idea.
5:20 Starts talking in response to a message he sees on his live feed about paintballs. Mentioned hearing paintballs clacking on the building behind him. Reinoehl can be seen in background looking at his phone and potentially having another phone call.
6:10 Reinoehl is now dead center of camera guy's video once again. He now starts walking across the street after standing on that corner for a while, and you can hear some of what he is saying.
6:15 "Yeah, there is no money to be made if there are no licks going on" - ---- [Pause] ---- - "Alright" and then starts walking with a purpose down the streat. Remember, he just stood on that corner for over 5 minutes then talks about not making money if no licks are going on... B-lines it down the street and immediately kills someone.
6:30 Cameraman casually turns around for seemingly no reason and begins following "The Action"- the Reinoehl.
6:40 Says "I didn't mean to scare ya" and the girls acknowledge him. I wonder what he did to scare them. Did he run up on them too fast just now? Didn't seem to be. Was it earlier when he was at the corner and did they see his gun or hear him talking about violence or something? Who knows. Made him seem nervous to me.
6:41 "Dude, did you miss the line brigade" Cameraman - Not sure who he's talking to. Wasn't his chat I don't think.
6:46 Kid in grey wifebeater runs past. Seemed to have said something to Reinoehl, and Reinoehl may have looked back - can't really tell.
7:51 - "Oh Good"
We're now almost 5 minutes and 30 seconds after he said "Five Minutes Behind the Action" 7:55 "I love it when I hear revving engines. That kinda scares me". Why does it scare the cameraman? Was he worried their moment would be interrupted?
8:04 Shouting begins and execution is played out.
8:10 Right Here? Right Here? [Hiss] [Shot] [Shot]. It does sound like the hiss happens a milisecond before the gunshot, but the gun had to have already been drawn to fire as fast as it did.
8:11 Skateboarder hops off skateboard and walks away from scene.
8:12 Reinoehl stops and turns to look back at the scene, and then takes off around the corner of the building.
8:13 Someone yells "Knock it Off" or something similar. Reinoehl is last scene on this frame, running off screen.
8:15 "Lets Go Lets Go Lets Go" off to the right side, presumably by an accomplice of the Reinoehl. - Skateboard man decides to turn back now and Chandler Pappas is visibly stunned as Victim falls to the ground.
