There's actually TWO major problems with the narrative. 1) that binney showed that the files were copied to a jumpdrive/usb stick using FAT file system, suggestive it was taken out, and more importantly 2) that VIPS attempted to recreate the file transfer from various places in europe and didn't even get to 1/10th of the speeds of transfer of the files

It is immaterial HOW MANY TIMES the traunch of files were copied, because what is of legal concern here is HOW wikileaks acquired those files. This is what these faggot mods at reddit didn't understand.

Russia could have hacked the DNC and copied those files in Europe and then transmitted them back to John Podesta, and then he could have taken a USB stick, erased the child pornography off it and then copied the DNC hacked files onto the USB stick, and then taken it to wikileaks. This is an absurd and false scenario, but for the sake of argument, it DOES NOT MATTER if russia hacked the dnc files because wikileaks acquired them from John Podesta's pedostick

HOW WIkileaks acquired the files matters. And since VIPS was analyzing the files published at Wikileaks, and Wikileaks publishes the files "AS IS" (without modifying--why would they, it would undermine their entire mission, and no example exists that they EVER have)...since Binney's analysis is of the Files FROM WIKILEAKS, then his conclusion is they acquired it from a PHYSICAL USB STICK USING FAT FORMAT. PERIOD. FULL STOP

Hence, someone took those files TO Wikileaks. Wikileaks did NOT acquire files "over a network". OK? That's the point.

Secondly, VIPS proved they could not POSSIBLY have transferred the files over the network because they found no instance where they could achieve those transfer speeds. In addition, the DATETIME stamps between files were every other even second, a signature of the FAT file system....with no counterexample (ie: an odd numbered time save), it's statistically impossible that this could have happened over a network because life itself, time latency in sending/receiving packets by computers is truly randomized.
