That said, you are not a protected class under EEOC regulations (and I'm making a big assumption that you are a white male), so that might not be a viable route either. The advice to document, document, document is valid, though. If you have any hope of winning a legal action, you must have your documentation in order to show a repeated pattern of behavior.
