They get their "education" from their peers in street gangs, study drug dealing burglary rape and murder, do graduate work in prison--and vote Democrat. This has been going on for 60 years.( Or consider Chicago: It's had exclusively Democrat mayors for almost 100 years. The rot goes deep, very very deep.)
And just as the race hatred was simmering down, our 'first post-racial president' made sure to stoke it up again. Just as Trump was offering jobs instead of hand-outs and blacks were responding to the chance to earn a living and start a real family--well, look at what's happening now. The Dems will do anything to get back power, and that includes paying blacks to stay poor, ignorant and angry. They have no interest in actually helping the people they claim to represent. They don't give a fuck about how may of them are unemployed and uneducated and killing each other. They know that if they actually entered the middle class they wouldn't be reliable slaves. The good news is that more and more blacks are turning against them since they've pretty much legalized crime on the streets and made their neighborhoods even less safe by practically erasing the thin blue line.
