Ok i see the flash, to his right. What was even the point of the shots? Were they aiming at Kyle?

I just looked again and the gunsmoke came from Kyle with the shot youre talking about. He shoots straight up and misses.

If the last shots are to his right, why isnt he at all concerned by the shots? He did the same thing with Rosembaum. He fired 4 times total with him right? It went 1-4-3. Were the 3 shots also from him? I was confused by his reaction to those last 3 thinking they came from someone else.

His lack of concern perhaps indicates one/both occurrances were from friendlies. And if they were then that could prove beneficial to the prosecution. they could try to prove that he knew the final shots were from a friendly, and if so, may have changed his assessment of mortal risk

I inititally thought that too. The shots sound similar, and hes pointing at reckless angles to do that. But i couldnt find any information on a different shooter. I checked the other angles like press view of the paramedic and the sounds all come from Kyles direction. Where were the shots from? The church parking lot or whatever that is to his left? What was even the point of the shots? Were they aiming at Kyle?
