Did some light research on this. The lot which is branded a Star Park lot, is owned by the Schlesinger Companies (HQ is like 10 minutes from the courthouse), but that appears to be somewhat irrelevant so far.

The COVID homeless shelter seems to be run by a non-profit called JOIN (JOINpdx). Reports state that the city is paying JOIN 150,000 per month to host 3 tent cities, segregated, obviously. They run one for blacks, one for LGBT, and one for everyone else.

Trumpet Man appears to live in, or at least hang out at the homeless COVID camp. We're trying to get people with drones to Pootland for flyovers to determine if this is a legit Antifa camp, or at least the source of the Antifa rioters.

Edits: it appears the Schlesinger Companies may have transferred this property to the city via quit claim. Something seems off since it's still listed as a Star Park location on Gmaps and the QCD was in the 90s. It's actually more interesting if it's not privately owned, but it's status shows leased non-profit to non-profit.
