Rolled into Portland Maine yesterday after noon Friday 9-04-2020 3:30PM saw some potential BLM types, no flags but they where gathered in Deering Park. 8:15PM leaving I saw a paddy wagon sneaking in the back way of the park. On the Interstate headed south I saw a large modern bus with blue lights flashing, and other law enforcement vehicles lined up at the final exit before tolls . Everyone was coming in for the holiday weekend so traffic was thick on the northbound. They are prepared to catch them on their way out. Maine State Police are very blatant about their surveillance.
