I understand the sentiment but I think you're far more likely to see health policies changing to allow for voluntary sterilization.

Eliminating Roe v Wade doesn't even ban abortion. It just allows states to decide - as was the case for 200 years. I don't see the Supreme Court having the will to ban abortion federally. The short lists for judges is very narrow & it's taboo to pick justices solely based on this topic. If RBG is replaced, Trump is probably going to have to settle on a moderate just to appease Republican senators from moderate and blue states.

Realistically overturning Roe v Wade would only cause abortion to be banned in about 1/4th of the states. 1/2 would probably keep it legal for the 1st trimester and 1/4th would probably make it accessible afterwards.
