I eat 12 McDonald’s chicken nuggets a day (sometimes I get the hot and spicy mcchickens if I’m feelin spicy) and go for 1-2 hr bike rides in the sun a day and drink water and tea. Sometimes I’ll get a milkshake or some ice cream if I need a sugar rush. Other than that, I sleep 3-4 hrs a night, read a book a week, and pretty much have all the energy in the world.
To relate to your story, I used to take a multi too and I literally went to the doctor cause I was so fatigued all the time. All my bloodwork (including testosterone) was completely fine. So like you, I ran out and was like “well these obvi aren’t working” and next thing you know, I got a promotion at work, I’m recovering from my surgery at lightning speeds and I feel stronger than ever.
Edit:I don’t know what the downvotes are for lol but whatever.
