You know the Irony of "non binary?" Every person I know who 100% fits the actual on-paper description of a "non binary" person absolutely HATES the entire concept of non-binary being a "gender". Non binary means you don't strongly "type" to either traditional masculine or feminine personality traits, BUT you are still a man or a woman, but you might have some personality traits of the other gender.
But every actual, sane non-binary will tell you, end of the bloody day you have a penis or a vagina. You are one or the other. A non-binary man is still a MAN. These people want to just live their lives as normal men or women, but being accepted that they are not strongly typed one side or the other. A good example would be a man who wants to marry a women, live as a man, but say managed their social life more like a woman than a man, or work in "social" industries, like say hair-care or home services. Or say a woman who doesn't really care to be highly social, but really, really wants to run a machine shop.
What the liberal faggots want is to create new genders to get attention, and social power over normal people. These people are human trashfires with no redeeming qualities who are often NEETS, fat, ugly, often stupid, obnoxious, and very offensive fuckboi's running around looking like a potato in a dress going "you can't call me Sir I am xir, non-binary is a gender!" This generates backlash. Which really royally screws the sane and functional non binaries over.
