No such thing. Islam in its manual (Quran)says you cannot be moderate or a reformists. In fact anyone requesting reform is a traitor . Now when a decent and nice person comes from an islamic nation and brings his culture with him and acts like those in the new nation, he then begins to bring his family and friends and its literally a military strategy that even has a name in the Quran and its basically like the tip toe effect ,claiming to be peaceful until more Muhammadians come and then they demand more and more until it becomes Islamic.
