I'd like an outside kitty and if one walked up I'd take it in and feed. I'm usually a big dog man but what the hell, if she stay's outside and doesn't crap in my plant beds then I'm ok with it. My concern is that I have eight hens for eggs. If she were to harm my hens I'd have a tough decision.
