I am what you call "normal".
Its a rare type of person I know. But depending on occasion I eat the meal that is traditional of where it is I am at.
And I also eat what is given to me, and I eat pretty much from every food group except for insects. I also limit myself to certain types of foods if I have eaten too much of one particular thing just so i make sure not to overdue anything which would have some sort of negative effect on my body, like getting fat or getting pimples etc.
Pretty bizzare I know. But if you really start to just be aware of foods in the wild and say "No" when its appropriate and -not all the time stuff your face- you will have a much healthier and stable and non confrontational life.
