I can't imagine taking care of that many toddlers/infants without an army of servants to help. Especially when you consider she was pregnant the whole time. There's got to be more to this story. And you can't do daycare with that many kids either. It literally has to be stay at home for a whole decade.

Just think of it:

• you are both working (or maybe you're both independently wealthy, that would help)
• and she's pregnant
• and you have a bunch of toddlers running around trying to get themselves into the emergency room
• and infants that need feeding/changing/etc

Actually they might have relatives in the area. That helps a ton.
