  • Pump up their China Virus numbers to get Federal Medicare/Medicaid CoronaBuck$.

  • Shut down their States & Cities to make their economies look apocalyptic

  • Demand a bailout for their self-inflicted damage

  • Use bailout money to pay off pensions and other debts

  • Shut down their economies even more, and live off of the bailout money until election day (while somehow placing blame on President Trump).
