Yeah I don't get this all or nothing with the differences between sexes. Men, on average are physically stronger or whatever than women. It doesn't mean there are no exceptions to the rule at all. Nor do they really apply to judges. Who... sit in an office.

edit: if you wanna debate me, reply instead of downvoting. I don't think men and women are the same, but there are exceptions to every rule. Not sure what I said that was such heresy here. There are general differences, but there's exceptions in both categories. There are two genders also. It really doesn't fucking matter for a SCOTUS judge. As long as they support conservative ideals, I don't care about gender, sue me.
