RBG did write about it in a book she wrote, but she was quoting a proposed piece of legislation (written by a Democrat of course) to illustrate gendered language in the law. She did not support or advocate for it, and this is an old smear started by the Eagle Forum.

RBG advocated for gender-neutral language in the law, and without some of her work, female school teachers who rape their underage students couldn’t even be prosecuted, because the laws literally read “when a man does x to a woman or girl...”
