This stems from the court case Reed vs Reed in which this revamped the laws using the 14th amendment to include sex during the "Burger" court era of the supreme court.
Surprisingly yes, it can be construed that she did these things. But what I didn't get was why a law in Idaho preferenced Men to be preside over the estate in Reed vs reed. Should just be whoever they wanted too and the government can F off.
So yeahhhh maybe things weren't the best back then but then again maybe people didnt have much common sense? Shouldnt make a law preferencing either or, men or women.
Im more interested in the thing that keeps popping up around here about the age of consent thing. Havent looked into it but that would be a better avenue to convince others.
So yeah maybe 80% of what she did was alright? but some of the other shit is just bat shit crazy.
