I'm one of the people who see grammatical errors and can still appreciate the point being made. I do cringe a bit thinking of it being seen by our political enemies and giving them ammo to continue to call us uneducated. I also feel sorry for the person who made a slight mistake, made a typo or didn't know any better. The meme would have more impact and be taken more seriously if they had taken the time to check their work and correct it.
