Why the fuck would an article like that, in this context/subject matter, need to mention her being the "first black first lady" right in the title....

Maybe being the assistant to the first black first lady, as opposed to a regular old boring "white first lady" means you need a whole lot more stuff in your bag than you would if it was just a regular old boring 44th white first lady!!!
