Sure the Demoncrats want to use COVID-19 to hurt Trump, but what about the rest of the world? If COVID-19 was just an American thing then I would believe it's just blown out of proportion to hurt Trump, but everywhere around the world the healthcare systems are having trouble and putting restrictions up to slow the spread.
