Half a trillion dollars. This amount of money could get humanity to Mars and I’m supposed to believe that we should be spending it in areas full of people who can’t manage to stop shooting each other for 1 day!?!?

This is insanity, this is worse than irresponsibility, it’s outrageous. Only half of the 300 million Americans pay taxes. This is 3000 dollars per tax paying American! Why? So we can bribe some black guy to see the light?
