But the real issue here is 1) is it right to allow a potential election of someone involved in an attempted coup & 2) by waiting too long, if Biden wins, he can shut down the investigation because he'll be the President. And you know the Democrats WILL shut this investigation down if they seize the Executive Branch.

It doesn't seem reasonable that Durham is only a month or 2 away from finishing. It sounds like he is 6 months or more away from finishing. While that's not great, it becomes meaningless if Trump wins in November.
