If you don’t see the disaster waiting to happen with somebody who was probably a sub 150k home owner paying a mortgage at best(I highly doubt this), and a renter with section 8 voucher at worst(much more believable given the circumstances) spending that kind of money on a house and car within days of a bullshit settlement of their criminal daughters death, I’m not sure we have anymore to discuss.
