Sullivan sounds pretty reasonable and trying to move things along. Sidney sounds like she needs some polish. She’s good when she has time to process but seems like she’s being combative with the judge.

Flynn should have never took a plea. I know things were stacked against him and can’t blame him but it really is tough spot now. I’ve seen this happen before in small time stuff. It took time but my boy was innocent and the state just dismissed after a years without trial. They offered two pleas and my boy said no. He just waited them out.
I will say this the only justice you can get is the justice you can afford. We need to teach how to defend yourself agains the state in primary schools.
Seriously the prosecution is a better defendant for Flynn than Sydney.
