Lord people are going to start leaving NYC in Droves... property values are going to tank..I suspect the NY government will not lower the property tax even with massive deflation this will creat kind of property owner indentured servitude where people cannot sell their homes even at sub market prices. .Shits going to get crazy... government systems cannot withstand deflationary pressures like this...
