The last line!! Dudes been taking hydroxy chloroquine all the while they mocked Trump.
It's why he wouldn't take a drug test.

Edit: could also be chemo drugs. Hard to tell from that picture. But either way it's not a good look for them and they need to cover it up.
Edit2: looks like pic is too old for it to be hydroxy chloroquine. Leaning towards chemo then.
